Very Useful Attachment
I used the depth guide to keep my wood saw at a constant depth to make mortises for door hinge plates - worked great!

Perfect for ripping siding
Bought this as an add on to my Dremel Mulit-Max as an alternative to using a Circular saw to cut away siding on a shed repair project. Depth gauge worked perfectly. Once the cut depth was determined, was able to easily run a line across approximately 64 feet of 1/4 Hardboard patterned without the gauge bending or flexing out of shape. Infect, the curved foot shape added in keeping the gauge from being stuck in the grooves every 1 foot on the panels. Was able to cut all material away without scoring a single 2x4 framing stud. Well worth the cost for this type of work.
