Good saw, pretty accurate, light weight, easy to set up.
I have looked at this saw in a big box store and on line. It does a good job cutting and ripping flooring. Switching between crosscut and rip is kind of a pain. Good part it is light enough to carry around and seems like adequate power. The other is trying to notch a panel , thats where a small hand held saw is good.Overall it was money well spent.

Easy To Use
It apears that the 4 3/8 blade is not readily available in local stores. I think the more available 4 1/2 should work fine if in a pinch.
Works fine
My review is ONLY based so far on a few trial set up cuts.

Very Well Designed, Easy to Transport Flooring Saw
This saw is well thought out with easy yet versatile set-up. It can be used right where you work, which is a big time and effort saver. Easier, I found, by far than a miter saw set-up as I've usually used. A scrap of 2X4 is all you need to support a long piece. The rip set-up is sell designed enough to be usable, and fine for the occasional rip when you need it, but I wouldn't plan to use it for a lot of cuts. It's powerful enough for it's 1"+ crosscut capacity and I didn't have any tear-out problems. I did keep a fresh blade on it, since they're cheap (used two one a 20'X30' room. Cost me about $4). Easy storage is a plus, I just hung it in an out of the way place flat to the wall. It sticks out some 8 or 10 inches.

I bought it for half price, and for one job, so I can't speak to it's longevity. It seemed none the worse for wear after my project, so I'm sure I'll get my money's worth out of it especially at the price I paid. And I'll be glad to have it when the next flooring job comes up. Note; I'm and avid DIY, who will use this occasionally. For pro or more constant use, I'd look at heavier duty brands, but you didn't need me to tell you that. On the flip-side, I suppose I could have bought 3 or 4 of these for the same price, so maybe it's a draw? So while it's not a Festool, Milwakee, or such, it is a good serviceable tool at a price affordable enough to consider it disposable, though I expect it will exceed that (rather harsh) description.
