Q:Does this SDS have a rubber jacketed /flexible cord, or a cheap plastic, stiff cord?
Q:can i use the sds max bits with it
A:There are adapters which will adapt SDS Max to use in SDS Plus drills (and visa-versa). Typically the Max spline bits are larger diameter made for bigger drills. If using larger bits in this drill be careful not to overload the horse.
A:You cannot use SDS-Max bits with this product. The Makita HR2475 accepts only SDS-Plus bits.
A:Only SDS- Plus bits will work with this machine. SDS-Max is a much larger shank diameter and will not fit.
