Diablo Ripping Blades cut through framing lumber, high quality finish lumber, plywood OSB and hardboard siding with the smoothest, fastest and most accurate cut. The thin Kerf design requires less cutting power from the user and the saw for better control over the cut. Diablo's unique design, extra-tough steel plate and proprietary carbide tips deliver longer life and frames more houses that other framing blades.
Diablo's Ripping Blades are ideal for general construction applications, including fast and efficient ripping and crosscutting.

Freud Diablo 10 inch blade with 24 teeth for any table saw.
I use the blade to rip cut oak and other hardwood. The Freud Diablo is a great blade to use as the primary blade.

Is this the proper blade to use to cut standard 2x4 lumber into smaller dimensional lumber. I plan on cutting 8' lengths into various smaller dimensions like 3/4"x1.5" x 8' and 3/4"x3/4"x8' pieces. Prices for these dimensions at the big box stores are outrageous.
